How to Get Started

Consultation

We clarify your health and fitness goals and identify any barriers that have prevented you from reaching those goals. Then we’ll determine if I am a good fit for you.

Fitness & Intake Tracking

You fill out intake forms, read the welcome package, and track your daily intake and physical activity for one week through an app.

Customized Plan

I review your intake and activity data to understand your body's physiology, how much energy you are using and expending, what you are eating and how often. Then I create a customized plan to address your goals and needs.

Onboard

We meet to walk through the welcome package, dive deep into the customized action plan, and determine how we’ll work together moving forward.
